50 Cent und sein Rivale Fat Joe haben sich im Rahmen der diesjährigen BET Hip Hop Awards offiziell versöhnt. Grund dafür war ein Tribut ihres verstorbenen Freundes Chris Lighty...

Die beiden Rapper 50 Cent und Fat Joe haben offiziell das Kriegsbeil begraben. Der Grund dafür ist der Tod ihres gemeinsamen Freundes Chris Lighty, der im August diesen Jahres tot aufgefunden wurde. Ihm wurde auf den diesjährigen BET Hip Hop Awards Tribut gezollt, für das sich beide versöhnten.

Auf Twitter schrieb der G-Unit-Gründer, dass Chris auch Fat Joe auf der Bühne hätte sehen wollen:

Die Frage, ob Chris Lightys Tod 50 Cent und seine Rivalen Fat Joe und Rick Ross näher zusammenbringen könnte, verneinte der Rap-Mogul im Interview mit The Rickey Smiley Morning Show erst vor circa einem Monat:

"Nah. You know what I think? A lot of times it's people who choose not to like you. Regardless, you could be across the street from you, they don't have to have a conversation or have anything to be a source of why they feel that way about you. You can't [have] that conversation with some of these people so I don't look to resolve any of that, I just move forward without focusing on it."
